I contacted Mr. Biely about 3 years ago. I live in Washington state and the laws are totally different from California. My situation looked very bad in the state of California. Mr. Biely got to work on my case and basically set 3 realistic goals and as of today, ALL 3 were met with the best ending ever! My father was clearly being taken advantage of by a woman half his age. What he thought was a whirlwind romance turned out to be a scam. He had sold his long-time home in California and purchased a house in Texas.
